LAST RESORT, BUT CLEAN Liked: Clean. Disliked: Booked online, but only about 15 minutes before we got there. Guy (I believe him to be from India) at the front desk had to check in the back to see if it was 'reserved'. Though I put my CC info online, the guy had to call someone else to explain that this was only to reserve the room, and not to pay for it! Then I needed to put a $60 deposit, IN CASH, for the room. I was told that someone would check out the room, and if in acceptable condition I would get my money back. I asked what time the person that did this would start in the morning, and I was told 9am!!! When I checked out, the morning guy said that since I paid with a CC, that I COULD have used the CC for the deposit! Room had worn out furniture, bad retro work done, and overall CHEAP feel. Mini fridge & microwave, but no coffee maker. Head of the bed was right under a window, so the curtains did no good in the morning as the light went down! One of the pillow sheets had a faint stain. Pipe coming out of the wall by the front door, then going back in!! Electrical?? I can't fathom how their rating was so high, which is why I booked there.......4 at best.
